Observation

The applicant does not have an extra set of batteries easily available for her flashlight. The applicant had toddler latches in place on both her exit doors. She also planned to deadbollt these doors and lock the knobs themselves. Therefore, the handle would not automatically unlock when the knob or handle is turned.
